I believe that everyone has a natural state of being that is vibrant and loving. Often, we can become disconnected with our natural state through living in a society that doesn't encourage connection. My wish is to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment that promotes deep relaxation, giving the body the opportunity to let go of any heavy baggage and return to equilibrium. The mind-body-spirit connection is at the forefront of my work. I see the body as a guide and messenger for holistic health. My job is to listen and act according to the deeper needs of the individual. Therefore, my work is always unique from person to person and from session to session.
In each session I pull from a pool of modalities of which was trained in and curate a unique plan to meet each individual's needs. My pool consists of Hot Stones, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports injury rehabilitation, Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Mobilization, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki. We can focus on one specific modality if one is preferred.
