Prior to that I obtained my Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Western University in 2014. During my time at Western University, I had the opportunity to work as an Athletic Therapist and Student Strength and Conditioning Coach with their varsity teams and with London St. George’s Rugby Club. I have had my fair share in sports. I curled competitively for 14 years, with the Ontario Winter Games as the highlight. I also played defence man in hockey for 8 years, hanging up those gloves after a Peewee Championship win as an Assistant Captain . Throughout high school, I was involved with football as a running back and full back, and was recruited to play for the 2016 U18 Football Canada Cup in Winnipeg as a corner. Throughout University, I participated in a number of intramural sports i.e., volleyball, ultimate frisbee, flag football, and power lifting. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, two dogs (Rottweiler Blue Heeler mix / Maltese Yorkie mix), Crossfit/functional training, biking, hiking, travelling and checking out the latest poutine food truck.
