Loretta is a Physiotherapist who graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh with her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences as well as a post-graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management. Through her education in Edinburgh and her time as a Registered Kinesiologist, Loretta has gained invaluable experience working with patients to achieve their individual treatment goals. She uses a holistic approach to wellness and looks at the entire person as a whole to best support them through all stages of life. Loretta grew up in Maple and played competitive sports such as soccer, hockey, softball, and even rugby. Now she enjoys rock climbing and hiking when she isn’t travelling or spending time with her family. Book in with Loretta to move easier, be stronger, and age gracefully!
