Reina Stancic, RMT, graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2019. She brings extensive clinical experience treating a wide range of patient populations and conditions, including acute and chronic injuries, postural and occupational strain, pregnancy and postpartum care, stress- and sport-related tension, and general musculoskeletal dysfunction. Reina’s treatment approach is evidence-informed, collaborative, and individualized, tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. She incorporates a variety of manual therapy techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release (including active MFR), joint mobilizations, active and passive stretching, pre- and postnatal care, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She places strong emphasis on patient education, self-care strategies, and lifestyle integration to support sustainable, long-term health outcomes. Reina is deeply passionate about health and wellness as a lifestyle, and encourages her patients to integrate intentional self-care into their daily routines. She strives to create an inclusive, supportive, and judgment-free environment, where individuals of all ages and walks of life feel comfortable communicating openly about their care. Her goal is to reduce pain, restore function, and help patients leave each session feeling lighter, more balanced, and at ease. Originally from the Kootenays, Reina has spent several years exploring communities across British Columbia before settling on Vancouver Island. Outside of practice, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running, golf, pickleball, hiking, cycling, surfing, yoga, cooking, and snowboarding. She brings the same balance, presence, and enthusiasm she finds in the outdoors into her work as an RMT, supporting others in living well and moving with ease.
