I knew for years that I wanted to help people through natural healing, but It wasn't until I moved to St. Petersburg and discovered Cortiva Massage Institute that I stepped into my new adventure in massage therapy, I am certified and specialize in Neuromuscular massage using deep tissue and trigger point, though some Swedish massage and stretching are sometimes part of my routine. I spend my past time mostly relaxing at home, but I do enjoy arts and crafts, walks on the beach, board games with friends with lots of hot buttered popcorn to mention a few of my interests
Our goal is to restore function and mobility to your muscles through lengthening and softening techniques. We specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT American Version), Myofascial Release, and Passive Stretching. Orthopedic assessment is a part of every treatment plan.
