I graduated from the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley in 1999, and Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences with a Master’s Degree in Chinese Medicine in 2005. I continued my studies and received a Postgraduate Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) in Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University San Jose California in 2013. I have been practicing massage since 2000 and acupuncture since 2006. I use a holistic approach and meet clients where they are at and address their concerns. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Massage) Reflexology, and Reiki. I am originally from Ireland and was an elementary school teacher there.

A combination of Swedish and Deep tissue massage.
Acupuncture
This visit includes initial consultation and Acupuncture Treatment. The consultaiton includes review of your medical history, TCM assessment, discussion of your concerns and prescribing of customised treatment plan. This is followed by Acupuncture treatment. Duration of Visit will be 60-75 min.
