As a high-performance athlete and captain within the Canadian Ultimate Frisbee community, Koji understands the physical demands that movement places on the body. His experience competing at the national and international level has given him a unique appreciation for injury prevention, recovery, mobility, and the importance of consistent body care—not only for athletes, but for anyone looking to live an active, healthy lifestyle.
