Nupur graduated from India with a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy in 2013. She has also attained her diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness from Mohawk College in 2016 and since then she is passionately involved in taking care of her patients. She has practiced in a variety of health care setups to give effective results and make their physiotherapy experience at its best. Nupur continues to expand her knowledge and learn new techniques and has completed several additional training courses including Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Cupping, TMJ rehab and Manual therapy courses. She has taken specialized courses in Pelvic health physiotherapy by Pelvic Health Solutions. She strongly believes in empowering people to help themselves and feel confident with their bodies again. She has deep understanding of the perinatal journey as a new mom herself which makes her practice catered to specific goals and needs. When she is not busy helping people, she likes to eat a variety of food. She also loves to capture beautiful sunsets and lakes in and around the city.

Book this Initial Assessment appointment if you are a new client, or have not been seen in over 1 year. PLEASE NOTE: if you would like follow up care after your initial assessment, we recommend booking a 30 minute follow up 2 and 4 weeks after your assessment to ensure continuity of care. If you are looking for preventive prenatal care, typically we recommend at least one 45min or 60min follow up is booked around week 32-34 for birth prep and early postpartum recovery strategy review.
