Helen Worthington - RMT has over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages; from young to elderly; chronic illness to elite athletes. Uses a combination of relaxation and deep tissue techniques - swedish and myofacial - giving clients the best of both worlds. She is interested in getting to the root of the client’s pain and discomfort while helping clients resume activities and getting back to enjoying life. Helen offers relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, cupping and Upper and Lower of Rapid Neuro Facial Reset. Within the next year she will be a Neuro Fascial Reset Specialist. She also provides Pregnancy Massage and has a Pregnancy Table with the cut out for the belly so Mom can safely lay on her stomach. In her spare time Helen enjoys outdoor activities, going to the gym, reading and spending time with her family. (she stays away from computers and anything to do with technology and accounting!)
This is a 60 minute session eligible for insurance coverage. Cupping available upon request.
