Kelly Urtiaga, LAc, is a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Texas. She has extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, and is also a certified reiki healer. She obtained her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Texas Health and Science University. She offers a gentle approach with her needling style, specializing in mental health, PTSD, fertility and reproductive health, gynecological conditions, digestive disorders, and pain management. As a practitioner, her goal is to educate her patients about the body’s intrinsic ability to restore itself, when given the right tools, through the power of holistic and integrative medicine.
Initial appointments consist of a thorough consultation of health history, chief complaint and lifestyle history. Based on your assessment, you will receive a customized acupuncture treatment and treatment plan recommendations. This booking is required for your first appointment, or if it has been over a year since your last visit. Treatment is approximately 75 minutes.
