Cathy has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 30 years and brings a deep understanding and passion for uncovering the “why” behind a wide range of conditions and injuries. A former therapist with Alpine Canada’s National Ski Cross Team and the Sochi Winter Olympics, she works with clients of all activity levels to improve movement, support recovery, and build long-term confidence in their health.
