Sabrina has over 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist working in private practice. Sabrina completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth, Australia after obtaining her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. She has a comprehensive athletic background which includes playing for the University of Waterloo’s Fastpitch team, coaching fastpitch and touch football, and treating athletes. Over the years, she has worked with various levels of athletes from weekend warriors to professional athletes in the NHL and CFL. Sabrina is always taking courses to improve her manual skills and learning different perspectives of approaching an injury. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University. Sabrina uses her knowledge and experience to assess patients in detail. Her first passion is biomechanics and uses it to focus on proper mechanics/muscle activation when creating an intensive rehabilitation program for her patients. With her Australian studies background, Sabrina uses her manual skills to simultaneously assess and treat the site of injury and identify potential sources of pain.
