5355 Tallman Ave NW, 216, SEATTLE, WA, 98107
As a graduate of Seattle Clinical Massage School, Kelly brings a solid foundation in anatomy and kinesiology, patient assessment, and current treatment options. As a client, you will benefit from her inquisitive nature and assessment skills, the creativity and resourcefulness she brings to musculoskeletal problem solving, and her genuine desire to make sure you walk out of the door feeling better in your body than you did when you walked in. Based on her own personal experiences with healing, Kelly is firm believer that massage therapy is an excellent complement to physical therapy in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Her education at Seattle Clinical Massage School included techniques that complement manual therapy approaches such as PNF, MET, strain counter strain, trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial release, IASTM and cupping. Kelly will treat most conditions but special interests include TMJ disorder, upper body tension caused by playing musical instruments or use of computers, tablets and phones, gait imbalances and pregnancy & post-partum recovery.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
