Alanna grew up immersed in sport and nature on the small town of Salt Spring Island. She has an in-depth understanding of injury rehabilitation and prevention through both her own experience in sport, and through her training at The West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Alanna understands the many interconnected aspects of the body and cares deeply about offering holistic care that is tailored to you. Alanna has a diverse education, having earned her yoga training certificate from Yoga Satsang Ashram, Wales UK and her diploma in Massage Therapy from The West Coast College of Massage Therapy, along with her diploma in Sport Management from Camosun College. With experience treating a variety of ailments including overuse injuries and tendinopathies, chronic pain and muscle tension, headaches, shoulder impingement, carpal tunnel, low back pain, sciatica, strain, sprains and more, Alanna is able to meet a variety of clients needs, and is committed to continuous learning about how to optimize health and well-being. In her free time, Alanna enjoys Crossfit, traveling, defying the laws of “baking is an exact science”, and exploring the outdoors with her dog Kiwi.
