For Michelle, the human body is endlessly fascinating. More than ten years into her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, she continues to be inspired by the way our bodies adapt, compensate, heal and quietly tell the story of how we move through life. She believes there’s always something to learn—through anatomy, through experience and through listening to what each person brings into the treatment room. Even after more than a decade, that sense of curiosity is what continues to inspire her every day. Her passion lies in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, with a focus on pain relief, injury recovery, improving mobility, and restoring function. Clients often describe Michelle’s work as intuitive, saying she has a knack for finding muscles and areas of tension they didn’t even realize were contributing to their discomfort. Rather than focusing only on where pain is felt, she enjoys exploring how the body is connected, knowing the source of discomfort is often found somewhere unexpected. Every session is guided by clinical knowledge, careful observation and the unique needs of the person on her table. Michelle believes the best outcomes come through collaboration. She enjoys helping patients better understand how they move, recognize patterns that may be contributing to discomfort, and work toward meaningful, lasting improvement. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling heard, cared for and able to move through life with greater ease. Joining Aqua Terra Health felt like a natural fit because of its collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. She values lifelong learning and is always looking for opportunities to deepen her understanding of anatomy, movement and therapeutic bodywork so she can continue providing the highest level of care to her patients. Outside of the clinic, Michelle loves creating with her hands, roller skating, and spending time with friends, her partner, and her black cat, Spooky. She’s drawn to folklore, moonlit skies and creative pursuits that spark curiosity and inspire her to weave a little magic into everyday life and the world around her.
