My Name is Maria and I am an owner of Plus Massage. I am proud to bring together such an excellent team of Massage Therapists to serve your needs. Each therapist brings their own unique style and practice so we can tailor to your needs. I first trained and practiced in the UK back in 2000 and that was where my love of body work and healing began. I then went on to receive my California Massage License in 2002 from the San Luis Obispo school, California Holistic Institute. Here I studied Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, craniosacral, Thai massage, reiki, hot stone, fascia release, and cupping. I believe in a comprehensive approach to treating others needs where I intuitively use different modalities depending on your specific needs. I focus on helping my clients connect their body and mind holistically for maximum healing. My work gives me a deep sense of fulfilment and I learn from every client that comes into my practice. When I am not working, I enjoy time with my two energetic and loving children, connecting with friends, taking care of my soul out in nature, hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, and being on a continual journey of physical and emotional growth and healing.
