Jaskirat Cheema is a physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy, providing care for both male and female clients. She also has experience treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Physical Therapy. Jaskirat has completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 pelvic floor physiotherapy training through Pelvic Health Solutions, as well as up to Level 2 of advanced orthopaedic training through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is also trained in acupuncture and incorporates it into treatment when appropriate. Jaskirat utilizes patient education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise programs to help her patients achieve their goals. She strives to empower her patients to improve their function and achieve optimal and lasting outcomes. In her free time, Jaskirat enjoys going to the gym, hiking, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

For new patients, this will include a detailed assessment followed by a one-on-one treatment accustomed to your needs if time allows. The assessment is based on a holistic approach called The Connect Therapy Method. I recommend to book 1-2 follow up appointments (30-45 minute Subsequent Visit) to ensure you can start your treatment program in a timely manner. If these follow up appointments are not needed you can cancel them with the 24 hours notice to avoid a short notice cancellation fee.
