Elizabeth “Lisa” graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000 and has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since then. Over the years, she has gained diverse experience, from working on a cruise ship to collaborating in a multi-disciplinary clinic with other healthcare professionals, each enriching her skills. Driven by a passion for learning, Lisa continually pursues various courses to enhance her expertise and acquire new modalities and techniques for her practice. She holds certifications in myofascial cupping, sports massage (pre and post-event), prenatal and postnatal massage, and aromatherapy. Her goal is to optimize her clients’ health and alleviate their physical ailments by employing a range of therapeutic techniques. In addition to her massage therapy qualifications, Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University in 2007 and became a Registered Nurse, and worked for 10 years, though she is no longer actively practicing. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her family and tackling home improvement projects alongside her husband.
