Dr. Councilman graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Carolina University. Dr. Councilman has always found joy in educating and helping others. He sees the human body as an interconnected system that continuously communicates with the brain and gut, and by treating the body with evidence-based practices, he can help patients find their best health. Before finding his calling as a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Councilman taught Health and Physical Education for several years at a middle school in North Carolina, where he was born and raised. Dr. Councilman enjoys spending time with his wife, Angelica, and their dog, Peanut. Dr. Councilman also enjoys travel softball, golfing, resistance training, basketball, being outdoors, and traveling.
