I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 8 years of experience. My qualification summary includes in-depth knowledge of massage modalities such as: Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Reflexology,Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Hot Stones, Himalayan Stones, Bamboo Fusion. I believes these techniques are helpful in the bodys recovery from strenuous activity or injury, as well as promoting relaxation. My personal beliefs are practicing with a holistic and client-focused approach that values open communication between therapist and a client. Aside from my professional life, I am passionate about reading related to health, fitness and nutrition. I enjoys spending time with my family and friends. When I am not treating clients, I enjoy cooking, working out, spending time with my daughters, listening to the music, and enjoying all that life has to offer.
