Dr. Lauren Garcia received her Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology at San Francisco State University and Bachelors of Science in Human Biology at University of Western States. She then began her Chiropractic journey at the University of Western States where she got her Doctorate in Chiropractic graduating with cum laude. Dr. Garcia completed her internship at Palo Alto VA where she had the privilege of working alongside clinicians and treating a diverse patient population with complex cases. During her time at the VA, she gained invaluable insight into the intricacies of chiropractic care and developed a deep appreciation for the impact it can have on improving patients' lives. Dr. Garcia utilizes diversified adjusting as well as using the Graston technique to address patients complaints. In her free time she is spending time with her 5 year old Samoyed and checking out new restaurants in the Bay Area.
