Welcome! I provide customized therapeutic massage therapy, using a variety of techniques to facilitate your well being. I often work with people seeking deep tissue, sports massage, injury recovery and medical massage for maintenance, wellness and/or rehabilitation. That said, I also appreciate the need for relaxation and rejuvenation. My focus with each session is to provide massage that is effective and thoughtful, encourage client awareness and give gentle feedback to maintain progress in between and beyond our sessions together. Aside from being a massage therapist I am a lucky mom to a lively and lovely 4 year old. We love taking our dog to the beach, getting outside rain or shine, and enjoying all this great area has to offer or getting cozy in our tiny home. Everything is an adventure. Please note that my studio is located on the second floor of an older building.
