I have been practicing physiotherapy since 2018 and continue to be inspired by the adaptability and resilience of the human body. I use an evidence-based and goal-oriented treatment approach including education, exercise, manual therapy, dry needling (IMS), and coaching. I love learning about my patients’ “life stories” and what makes them tick to treat them as people rather than injuries. As an avid runner, I’ve naturally gravitated towards supporting individuals to reach their running goals – whatever they may be. During a two-year hiatus from running following multiple foot surgeries in 2023, I dedicated myself to becoming a “running nerd” by diving into courses on running-related injuries and performance coaching. I love treating runners because I understand firsthand the important role it can play in a person’s quality of life and wellbeing. My other clinical areas of expertise include persistent/chronic pain, concussions, and vestibular rehab. I stay up to date on emerging evidence surrounding pain science, manual therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioural coaching to provide my patients with the highest quality of care. Outside the clinic walls, I enjoy playing soccer and tennis, running, disc golfing, surfing, and walking my corgi, Leonard. I’m also a big bookworm and passionate meditator. My happy place is on Keats Island with friends and family.

You'll want to book one of these if you are looking to have a physiotherapist provide an assessment that focuses on running related injury prevention, running performance or someone who is new to running. Please note that this assessment is specific to running. Should you require an assessment for other injuries, please book the regular Initial - Physiotherapy Assessment. If this injury is part of an ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim, please go back and book an ICBC or WSBC assessment.
