I first began my journey into massage 25 years ago in Eugene at Cascade Institute becoming a certified massage therapist at that time. Since then I have been on a journey exploring different facets of life and have found my way back to offer massage once again. Allow me to hold ground and bring awareness to your body using techniques to facilitate relief of pain and stress.
A deeply relaxing massage where oil is used and combined with smooth, firm, but gentle pressure to ease muscle tension. It is a classic massage that will dissolve your stress, and leave you with a renewed sense of well being. Essential oil for aroma therapy along with warm packs are available upon request. Couple's massage ('side-by-side') options are available, but need to be booked by calling the office at 541-916-8585.
