She combines comprehensive movement assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and education to help clients achieve their goals and return to the activities that matter most to them. She believes that movement is one of the most powerful tools in rehabilitation and is passionate about empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery. Kristi collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized care. Kristi treats a wide variety of orthopaedic and sport-related injuries. Her treatment approach includes detailed movement analysis, identifying contributing factors to pain or dysfunction, and developing individualized rehabilitation programs that address strength, mobility, performance, and long-term injury prevention. Whether returning to daily activities, recreational exercise, or competitive sport, Kristi enjoys helping clients build confidence in their bodies and successfully return to the activities they love. She has a particular interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation and helping active individuals safely transition back to training and performance. Committed to lifelong learning, Kristi regularly pursues continuing education to enhance her clinical skills. She has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and has completed pelvic health training through Levels 1, 2, and 3, along with additional training in labour and delivery preparation. As a pelvic health physiotherapist, she is trained in both internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. Kristi works with individuals of all genders experiencing a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, pregnancy-related discomfort, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, return to exercise, and pelvic floor dysfunction during sport and physical activity. She is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. As an active individual herself, Kristi understands the importance of helping people stay active, return to sport, and move with confidence throughout every stage of life. She believes that rehabilitation should not only reduce pain, but also help individuals build resilience, improve performance, and continue participating in the activities that bring them joy. Outside of the clinic, Kristi enjoys staying active through road cycling, spin classes, strength training, running, and CrossFit. In 2025, she completed her first triathlon, further deepening her appreciation for movement, performance, and the physical and mental benefits of exercise. She also enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Siggy, and curling up with a good book.
