With a background in hockey and rugby, she has experience with concussions and sports injuries, giving her a strong understanding of the importance of rehabilitation, recovery, and ongoing care. During her studies, she developed a passion for treating upper body tension, common stress related conditions, prenatal care, and trigger point therapy. Mikaela incorporates myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, and relaxation massage to create treatments that are both effective and personalized for each patient.
