PhysioLife Physiotherapy Clinic

#215 - 2411 160 Street, Surrey, BC, V3Z0C8

Lauren is a UBC graduate with a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Growing up as a competitive soccer player, she developed an early appreciation for injury prevention and the role movement plays in overall quality of life. Seeing how physiotherapists educate, encourage, and support patients throughout recovery inspired her to pursue the profession herself. As a physiotherapist, Lauren focuses on helping patients understand their movement, build confidence, and participate in the activities they value most - whether in sport, work, or daily life. With experience in orthopaedics and a strong foundation in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, she provides evidence-based care to support recovery and long-term function. She is committed to ongoing professional development and is actively pursuing further training in orthopaedics to enhance her practice. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Lauren worked as a Kinesiologist, supporting clients of all ages through active rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions. She has also volunteered with organizations serving individuals with neurological conditions, deepening her understanding of patient challenges and rehabilitation strategies. Outside the clinic, Lauren leads an active lifestyle and she enjoys taking on new physical challenges. She’s hiked Angels Landing and Panorama Ridge, completing the BMO Half Marathon, and looks forward to ski season at Whistler each year. She brings the same goal-oriented mindset to her clinical work, helping clients in achieve meaningful and sustainable movement goals.
