Dr. Wilder takes a comprehensive, patient- centred approach to care focusing on movement as medicine. She integrates a variety of techniques, including soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, spinal manipulation, exercise prescription, and patient education. She has a special interest in neck and headache management, foot and ankle conditions and has extensive experience treating sports injuries in varsity athletes. Dr. Wilder also holds a certification in treating lumbar spinal stenosis which helps patients with lumbar osteoarthritis and nerve compression regain mobility and function. As an athlete and competitive soccer player, Dr. Wilder learned, first hand, the value of chiropractic care while recovering from her own sports injuries. This passion led her to complete a Bachelor in Kinesiology (Honours) and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the prestigious Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Outside of the clinic Georgia enjoys exploring hiking trails, playing soccer and pickle-ball, gardening, hanging out with friends and baking sweet treats.
