Capri is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the accredited 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Lethbridge College in 2024. She is passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy. Capri has a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, hip and leg tension, postural dysfunction, repetitive strain injuries, and sports-related concerns. Her treatment approach is therapeutic, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. She incorporates a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, and cupping therapy to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Whether clients are recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or looking to improve overall movement and performance, Capri is committed to providing effective, personalized care. In addition to therapeutic treatment, Capri also enjoys providing relaxation-focused massage to help clients manage stress, reduce tension, and support their overall well-being.
