Stefania is a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. In clinic, she works collaboratively with her patients and their care team to develop a holistic treatment plan. She combines her background in Kinesiology with her Chinese Medicine training to provide integrative and evidenced-based treatment tailored to each individual. In practice, she uses a combination of acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle counselling, and bodywork (Gua Sha, Tui Na, cupping, and exercise) to treat mental-emotional and physical conditions. Chinese Medicine emphasizes the importance of treating the whole body to restore balance and health. As a practitioner, Stefania treats a wide range of conditions with a strong interest and additional training in the following areas: Paediatrics Women’s Health Mental Health and Trauma Pain and Injury Recovery High-Performance Sport Stefania is passionate about sharing this medicine and helping her patients optimize their health. Followed by a treatment, which may include acupuncture, Tui Na, Gua Sha, cupping, and/or moxibustion. We will develop an individualized care plan that includes a combination of treatment recommendations, lifestyle and nutritional counseling, and herbal formulas.
