Rachel is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology before completing her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University in 2023. Rachel enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. She has completed advanced training in Vestibular Rehabilitation through Duke University’s School of Medicine and incorporates infrared video goggles into her vestibular assessments. Her passion for vestibular rehabilitation is also personal. Rachel first experienced episodes of vertigo while playing competitive soccer. These episodes went unexplained for years before she came to understand them through the lens of vestibular migraine. This experience shaped her passion for helping others better understand their dizziness and feel confident returning to the activities they love. Originally from Ontario, Rachel is excited to call Victoria home. Outside the clinic, she enjoys soccer, snowboarding, hiking, yoga, reading, travelling, music, and trying all different types of cuisines!
