Some people come to massage seeking relief, others seeking rest. My favorite sessions are the ones that offer both. I believe massage therapy offers something many of us need more of: time and space to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and receive care. After completing a 700-hour massage therapy program at the Sedona School of Massage in Arizona, I began building a practice centered on thoughtful, individualized bodywork. Since becoming licensed in 2017, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, helping them find relief from chronic tension, stress, caregiving demands, desk work, athletic pursuits, and the many ways modern life asks us to push through discomfort. My work blends therapeutic effectiveness with deep relaxation. Using slow, focused pressure, myofascial techniques, and gentle movement and mobilization, I tailor every session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are seeking focused work for persistent areas of tension or simply a chance to rest and recharge, my intention is to create a treatment that feels both restorative and effective. I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and cared for. I believe the best massage is never one-size-fits-all, and I strive to meet each person exactly where they are on any given day. My goal is for you to leave feeling more comfortable, balanced, and at home in your body. Outside the studio, you might find me flowing through a yoga practice, chasing a pickleball across the court, filling my basket with flowers and veggies at a local farmers market, or making my way through a towering stack of library books.

A penetrating massage designed to release deep muscle spasms, relieve pain, and provide relief for clients with even the most persistent muscle tension. Pressure is gradually applied sinking layer by layer into muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. 60 minutes is sufficient time to address 1 or 2 areas of concern. Please schedule 90 minutes for a full body treatment.
