With a strong desire to help others using hands-on techniques, Lauren first became interested in massage after being attuned to Reiki energy work in 2009. Lauren is a 2014 graduate of HACC’s 900-hour Massage Therapy program. The program covers a wide range of massage therapies, including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, maternity, Swedish, etc. Through massage therapy, Lauren enjoys helping clients relieve their stress and trauma stored in their muscle tissue. Aside from massage, Lauren loves nature and being outdoors with her three dogs and four ducks. She has many hobbies, including hiking, kayaking, reading, and painting.

Our most popular massage service! This service uses a range of techniques and pressure to focus on each client’s specific massage needs. The therapeutic massage is relaxation and well-being focused. Late Cancellation Fee applies. 50% of service cost is charged if less than 24 hours given. 100% of service cost is charged if no notice is given.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is used to gently and rhythmically move the lymphatic fluids through the body, especially in areas experiencing swelling. Note: Lymphatic Drainage Massage is performed fully clothed. Please wear loose comfortable clothes.
