I received my education at The Whole You School of Massage & Bodywork in Rutherford NC in 2002, and have been a practitioner of the healing arts ever since. I take an integrative approach to the care I provide by listening to the needs of the individual and addressing the whole person. I encourage a deep sense of relief, health, wellness and relaxation. In addition to massage school, I attended Sancta Sophia Seminary School where I studied spiritual healing and the mind-body-spirit connection. I am certified in and enjoy practicing Gentle Bio-Energetics, Thai-Bodywork, Shiatsu, Deep tissue, and Reiki. My favorite part of being a massage therapist is watching the magic that happens when I help someone feel better! I look forward to working with you!
*Includes Hot Towels and Aromatherapy for 60 minutes and longer*Deep tissue massage uses more advanced techniques such as Neuromuscular therapy and Myofascial release to relieve severe tension and dysfunction in both muscles and connective tissue. It is also a good option for those who prefer deep pressure throughout the session.
