Kelsey graduated from MacEwan University’s Massage Therapy in 2019 and spent 2 years practicing in Alberta before making the move back to NB. Her passion for sports, helping others and interest in the human body led her to massage therapy. Kelsey has been trained in various massage techniques and services. She specializes in therapeutic massages while still providing a relaxing environment. Maintenance and rehabilitative massage have come to be one of her main interests involving deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, cupping, and stretching. Whether you’re a high-level athlete, a weekend warrior, or just looking to relax, each treatment is customized to ensure maximum benefits for each client. She is eager to work together to help you enhance your function, range of motion or whatever your goals may be!
