Baylea is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Bayleas’ interest in massage as a health care profession began when an injury led her to begin researching anatomy and body mechanics. Prior to Massage Therapy, Baylea worked in Advertising and Marketing for a decade before stepping away to begin school in 2020, and hasn’t looked back!

Swedish massage is the standard massage of all RMTs. Pressure and specific techniques can vary, but it's defined as “the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain.”

Lymphatic Drainage

45 Min Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique) is a gentle, non-invasive manual technique that encourages lymph flow from the tissues to the lymph nodes. MLD is used to ease swelling and relieve discomfort, specifically post-injury and during pregnancy. Treatments generally combine both MLD and some massage, and will focus on 1-2 areas of concern. Treatment is covered under Registered Massage Therapy
