I love massage! I've been passionately working as a massage therapist since 2013 and know, first hand, the impact it can make in your life. I like to use a mix of modalities that include Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release. My massage style flows between relaxation and therapeutic technique's, which allows me to focus on a few specific areas while also creating a deeply relaxing experience. I specialize in the treatment of neck and shoulder issues, including headache and migraines, as well as common hips and leg issues. My massage pressure ranges from light to firm and I'm comfortable with deeper work. I love tailoring each massage session specifically for the needs of the client. Want to get right to the issues? This is the massage session for you. Each custom therapeutic massage session focuses on specific areas that need the extra time and attention. Using a mix of therapeutic modalities that may include deep tissue, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy, we will communicate and work together to find a treatment plan best fits your needs. Each session will include warm towels and aromatherapy to help enhance the experience.
