Prenatal Massage. Please select duration: 60 min or 90 min session. Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, and edema (or swelling).
Lymphatic Drainage
60 mins MLD (Manual lymphatic drainage) - MLD is a gentle massage intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Each qualified therapist has specialized methods from MLD, Vodder Method, or Sato Method. All of the methods help propel and eliminate lymphatic fluids.
