Having experienced for myself the enormous benefits from natural and alternative therapies from a young age, I knew I was called to help others with their wellness goals from a natural healing perspective. I graduated from Kikkawa College and have had the privilege of working in clinical practice since 2001. Having spent 23 years of my career working in multidisciplinary clinics alongside Physiotherapists, Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Kinesiologists, Chiropodists, and Psychologists has kept me passionate about staying up to date with current evidence-based treatments for a wide variety of wellness goals and concerns. I have continuing education in Cupping, Clinical Aromatherapy, Kinesio Taping, Pregnancy & Labour Support, Myofascial Integration and Lymphatic Drainage. My philosophy is a holistic approach to therapeutic massage that supports the whole person in their wellness and self care plan.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions. Massage therapy can be used as a treatment for both acute and chronic conditions. RMTs work with a wide variety of patients in the treatment of illness, injury rehabilitation and disability. Massage therapy should only be provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). An RMT is a primary healthcare provider in Ontario.
