Mitch began his education at Brock University, earning an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to complete a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. Mitch believes that every client’s story matters. By combining strong listening skills with a deep knowledge of anatomy, he takes the time to understand not just the symptoms but the underlying causes of discomfort. His holistic, individualized approach empowers clients to reach their goals, whether that means recovering from injury, reducing pain, or unlocking their full movement potential. As a recent graduate, Mitch brings a fresh perspective and adaptable approach to care, staying open to new ideas and tailoring each session to best meet the needs of his clients. Mitch provides assessment and treatment across a range of areas including Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Neurokinetic Therapy, Soft Tissue Injuries, Manual Therapy, and Chronic Pain.
