At Knot Average Massage Therapy my goal is to help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and leave one feeling relaxed. I have been a therapist for over 15 years and i believe i found my calling. I have been on both the receiving end of massage when battling cancer and the giving end. After lymph node removal and reconstructive surgery, i went through a number of surgeries. I needed lymphatic drainage post surgery to ease the pain. This helped me to understand my clients needs, pain and comfort level that are going through a similar process. My most favorite massage, is helping those with muscular-skeletal issues, adhesions of the muscles and fascia, and nerve pain also known as Neuromuscular Massage.
