Osteopathy is a gentle hands-on therapy that focuses on the body as a whole. Rather than only treating the area of pain, osteopathic treatment looks for the underlying cause of dysfunction by assessing posture, movement, muscles, joints, fascia, nerves, circulation, and overall body balance. Poor posture, stress, injuries, repetitive strain, and daily habits can create tension and compensation patterns throughout the body. Over time, this may lead to pain, stiffness, headaches, fatigue, digestive discomfort, or reduced mobility. Osteopathic treatment aims to restore proper movement and alignment, improve posture, reduce tension, support the nervous and circulatory systems, and enhance the body’s natural ability to heal and function better.

*MANDATORY INITIAL ASSESSMENT* This treatment includes the consultation and a lymphatic treatment. It is necessary to do a verbal consultation to make sure you understand lymphatic drainage and to ensure you are a good candidate.
