My passion for physiotherapy grew from my own love of movement, exercise, and overall wellbeing. I’m originally from the Sunshine Coast, and I completed my undergraduate degree at UBC Okanagan and my Master of Physical Therapy at UBC Vancouver. I’m driven to help people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies, especially when pain or injury has been holding them back. I take a whole-body, movement-based approach, blending musculoskeletal physiotherapy with pelvic health, pain science, and exercise rehabilitation. My treatment style integrates manual therapy, individualized exercise, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support lasting change. I have a special interest in pelvic health across the lifespan, including pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. I particularly enjoy helping those with pelvic pain conditions, bladder dysfunction, prolapse, postpartum return-to-sport, and cancer rehabilitation. I also work with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, with a particular focus on running and detailed running assessments to optimize performance and reduce injury risk. I value building genuine connections with my clients and creating a space where people feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I believe that feeling safe and supported is a key part of the healing process, and that rehab should be something you actually enjoy along the way. I’m always learning and evolving to better support my clients. Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me trail running, lifting at the gym, exploring new restaurants, or planning my next overseas adventure.

You'll want to book one of these if you are looking to have a physiotherapist provide an assessment that focuses on running related injury prevention, running performance or someone who is new to running. Please note that this assessment is specific to running. Should you require an assessment for other injuries, please book the regular Initial - Physiotherapy Assessment. If this injury is part of an ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim, please go back and book an ICBC or WSBC assessment.
