My name is Sean Duffy, and I’m the owner and lead therapist here at Duffy’s Massage Excellence—also known as DME. If I could sum up what this business is all about in one word, it would be you . Your needs, your concerns, and your well-being are at the center of everything I do. Massage therapy, to me, is not just a profession—it’s a craft, a science, and an art. That’s why I chose to include the word Excellence in the name of my business. Excellence is a core value in every aspect of my life, and massage therapy is no exception. I'm a proud graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island, where I earned the highest honors. My approach to massage is personalized and therapeutic, grounded in professional training and a genuine passion for helping others. I believe that every client deserves a therapist who’s the right fit—and my goal is to be just that for you. Massage

Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage, or manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), is a gentle massage technique used to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. It involves slow, gentle strokes and stretching of the skin to improve circulation and help the lymphatic system filter waste products and toxins back into the bloodstream.
