Rachel was 16 when she started cycling to rehabilitate after a ski racing accident. She fell in love with the sport, and before long was cycling competitively. She has raced all over North American and Europe with various teams. In 2011 Rachel certified as a NCCP cycling coach, and 2013 she graduated from UBCC with a degree in Kinesiology. Her passion for fitness, sport and all things athletic is backed by a Personal training Certification with BCRPA. Rachel’s coaching style combines a wide understanding and practice of functional strength, high intensity conditioning, and cardiovascular cross training styles. Clients are inspired by her knowledge, care, and compassion – a winning combination both in her career as a trainer and personally on the competitive cycling circuit.
