Caelen is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where she achieved Dean’s List standing. Prior to becoming an RMT, she competed on the Junior National team in figure skating and spent many years coaching competitive athletes. Combined with her background in dance, this experience has given her a strong understanding of movement, body awareness, and injury rehabilitation. Caelen takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on the mind-body connection and promoting deep relaxation to support the body’s natural healing processes. She tailors each treatment to the individual, whether addressing specific injuries, areas of tension, or overall wellness. She values a collaborative approach, encouraging patients to listen to their bodies and take an active role in their care while working together to create an effective treatment plan. Outside of the clinic, Caelen enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and learning new crafts like pottery!
