Samantha is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Honours) from Sheridan College. She also holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) specializing in Kinesiology. Samantha specializes in manual therapy, active rehab, and myofascial cupping. She has an active approach to rehab because motion is lotion. She will make sure that every little muscle that should be working, is working and working properly. She will create an individualized plan that is geared to the client’s functional needs for daily life, work, and/or sport/activities. Her goal is to make the client stronger and move better than when they started. Outside of the clinic, Samantha can be found providing sideline medical coverage for a variety of sports, her favourite being rugby. She can also be found playing soccer or 5-pin bowling. She spends a lot of her downtime relaxing in a cozy videogame.
