Meg is a 2016 graduate of MacEwan University’s 2200 hour Massage Therapy program! She believes in the importance of actively listening to her patients and helping them feel like their wellness needs are met in every session while also working towards longer term goals. Her treatments may incorporate movement of limbs, because she believes bodies are meant to move and shouldn’t be treated as stationary objects. Some of Meg’s favorite conditions to work on are strains, sprains, migraines, tension headaches, sciatica and lower back/hip/glute problems. She is an adaptable therapist and can treat with varying pressure from very light to very deep. Meg’s favourite hobbies are hiking, drawing, painting, and talking about her pets. Specialty modalities offered: Dynamic silicone cupping, Jade stone massage (please note, Jade stones must be booked a minimum of 1 hour in advance).
