Dr. Christopher Hobbs is an owner/partner of Montclair Performance Health & Chiropractic, Inc., and a native of West Virginia. He obtained his BS in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University where he played soccer, and was a member of the Pride of West Virginia Marching Band. Following his undergraduate education he shadowed, then worked for a local chiropractor near the campus of WVU, where he became amazed by the art and the science of chiropractic. He then perused his chiropractic career at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC), and has his masters in human anatomy and physiology instruction (MSHAPI) degree, which qualifies him to teach at the undergraduate level. Dr. Chris earned his International Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (ICCSP) post- graduate work, which is a certification and specialization in chiropractic sports medicine, rehabilitation, and enhanced sport performance. He is now currently working on his NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) Level 2 certification. NeuroKinetic Therapy corrective movement system addresses the cause of pain which can cause dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the brain. He currently is a member of the ANJC (Association of NJ Chiropractors), ACA ( American Chiropractic Association), and ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association). Dr. Chris believes that your chiropractic treatment should be “custom fit” to each patient, and that no two patients treatments are alike. He will utilize a variety of chiropractic techniques, myofascial release, and instrument assisted soft tissue techniques to resolve your specific issues.
