Background Mina graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August of 2025 and has spent the winter working at a heliskiing lodge outside of Revelstoke. As a firm believer in the power of movement for both physical and mental health, Mina was drawn to a career as an RMT from an interest in all the mechanisms that enable us to move. Treatment Style Client centered care builds the foundation of her practice, recognizing the value of working with her clients to create tailored and adaptable treatment plans. During treatment, clients can expect a combination of active and passive modalities, used to intentionally increase mind-body awareness. Mina has a particular interest in the psychosomatic effects of massage therapy and looks forward to supporting her clients in their healing and self-care journey. Personal Outside of her work, Mina enjoys staying active by playing tennis, biking to the beach, and having a dance. She finds joy basking in the sun with a good book, or cooking up a storm in the company of great friends.
